You can open these guides in PDF and HTML format from the CA Application Delivery Analysis Bookshelf, which is accessible from:

• CA Support Online from the Documentation link in the Select a Bookshelf drop-down list
• The About box of the CA Application Delivery Analysis management console

CA Application Delivery Analysis also contains an online Help system that provides context-sensitive information to support any task available within the interface.

Wiki Conversion

Beginning with CA ADA version 10.2, both the standard CA Bookshelf and the CA Wiki are provided in parallel. For version 10.2, context sensitive help links in the product continue to point to the CA Bookshelf.

There are several advantages to converting to the Wiki:

• The Wiki contains the complete documentation for the CA ADA product in an easily searchable, printable, and browser accessible format.
• Context Sensitive Help will point to the appropriate location in the CA Wiki beginning with CA ADA version 10.3.
• Product documentation via the Wiki will be available online 24 hours a day.
• Updates to product documentation can occur, as needed, prior to the next scheduled release.
• You can leave comments, which will be monitored daily.
• The CA Wiki will replace the CA Bookshelf in a future release.

To directly access the CA Wiki for CA ADA, login to http://wiki.ca.com using the same credentials you use for login to http://support.ca.com, and select the CA Application Delivery Analysis product from the product drop down list.
