Importing an Application from a URL

When the 'Import from URL radial button is selected, the wizard allows the following fields to be specified:

URL

URL of the directory where the application archive resides. Must be in the form: http://path.

Application Name

Name of the imported application.

User Name

Optional user name for gaining access to the HTTP server.

Password

Optional password for gaining access to the HTTP server.

Note: The 'Import from URL' option is similar to executing the application import command from the grid shell and specifying a URL for the exchange directory.

The 'Migrating' dialog of the wizard displays the overall progress for the application import operation.

Note: When the application has been successfully imported, it may be configured using the Application Configurator.
