Configure the Integration with the LDAP Server
The BFC administration functionality enables you to configure an external LDAP server to authenticate global system users.
Follow these steps:
- Click Administration on the left menu.
The Administration page appears.
- Click the Authentication tab.
The Authentication page appears.
- Click the Enable LDAP Configuration check box.
- Enter the following information in the appropriate field:
- LDAP Server Name or IP

Specifies the name or the IP address of the LDAP server.
- LDAP Port Number
-
Specifies the listening port of the LDAP server.
- User DN
-
Specifies the unique distinguished name. For example: ou=Users,ou=San Francisco,dc=ca,dc=com
