[User|Group|Principal] <name> has used <value>% of its [cpu|bandwidth|memory|disk] quota.

A user or group is using resources that are above their warn level, but below their limit. The current resource usage in % is printed, not the warn level.

900_quota_limit_<cpu|mem|bw|disk>_<quota_principal_id>

[User|Group|Principal] <name> has reached its [cpu|bandwidth|memory|disk] quota of <value> <unit>.

A user or group has reached their quota limit (with or without applying burst). The quota limit is printed, not the current usage (which may be even higher).
