Exterior Boundary

This section defines how the appliance looks to the outside world - that is, to the grid controller and to other appliances on the grid. The exterior boundary is implemented mostly by APK, the appliance designer does not need to do much beyond installing the product to make the OS behave like a CA AppLogic® appliance.
