Reason:
This message is issued when the nonVSAM EOV Volume Selection Program is unable to select a volume. The component will be displayed only for VSAM data sets. A value of '?' indicates that it was not possible to determine the name.
Action:
Review VAM0039 message documentation for any VAM0039x messages that has been issued in conjunction with this V370039 message. The VAM0039x message will detail the reason for the failure so you can take the appropriate action.
