IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WAIT THEN A SVC HOOK WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT FREEING THE EXTENDED CSA

Reason:

During a REMOVE operation, the CSA memory occupied by the SMS Subsystem Interface hook (VAMSSIRT) could not be freed. The reason for this was detailed previously in one of the following messages: DIM003I, VAM0019, VAM0453.
