Reason:
The current data set cannot be renamed because the value specified for the &STOP_NOT_CATLG2 variable would result in a data set name that is already cataloged.
Action:
Either set the &STOP_NOT_CATLG variable to something other than R or change the &STOP_NOT_CATLG2_NODE to something else to create a data set name that does not already exist.
