Reason:
If the MVS module IEFAB454 does not get a return code equal to zero, VDSAB454 checks for previous DD's that CA Allocate has allocated and SCRATCH them. If VDSAB454 finds a DD that has already been allocated by CA Allocate, this message displays its DD NAME in the step in which VDSAB454 SCRATCHs it.
