Reason:
This message is issued when CA Allocate is not able to locate the SIOT chain in an allocation request that has been intercepted. This message will only be issued when running with sysparm PLSOPT99 (Y).
Action:
Any product feature that was dependent on information to be obtained from the SIOT chain will be bypassed for the allocation request.
