CANNOT RETRIEVE OPTIONAL SYSPARM OVERRIDE MEMBER

Reason:

VAM0080 error has occurred with optional sysparm override member.

Action:

If the name of the missing member is VKGPARMS, then follow the action in the VAM0080 message. If the name of the missing member is not VKGPARMS, then CA Allocate uses the VKGPARMS member.
