Reason:
An SVC 99 deallocation failed. This occurred during a DFSMShsm RECALL or RECOVER operation for a non‑VSAM data set. The data set being deallocated should not be adversely affected by this.
Action:
It is possible for execution to proceed without further incident. However, if you see this message repeatedly, for assistance, contact Technical Support.
