Reason:
QUOTA processing was unable to obtain an exclusive ENQ on the CSA QUOTA TABLE within a 2 second time limit. Subsequently QUOTA processing was bypassed.
Action:
Re‑run the job with VDSDIAGS to view the return codes from GQSCAN to determine why the owner of the exclusive ENQ could not be determined.
