Reason:
CA Allocate received this return code after issuing a DADSM request. vvvvvv is the volume CA Allocate selected for the allocation. Following are the meanings of some return codes:
Successful completion
Duplicate DSN
Permanent I/O error or CVAF error
RECLEN 65535
Invalid JFCB or partial DSCB pointer
Invalid user label request
Insufficient Directory Blocks requested
DOS stacked pack format
RACDEF failed, data set already defined
User not authorized to define data set
Installation Exit RC = 8
Installation Exit RC = 4
RACDEF model not found
Action:
For RC=0, this is an informational message. For the other return codes, determine why this RC was issued.
