About List Display and Pagination on Backlog
A large product can have hundreds of user stories. By default, Agile Vision displays 50 user stories at one time on the Backlog page. A pagination tool located at the top of the work area displays the user story count on the page. The tool also displays the total number of user stories for the product.
Use the Show field and navigation arrows to control the number of user stories displayed on the page, and to page through the list.
- Select the maximum number of stories to display from the Show field. The minimum number is ten stories and the maximum is 250. This setting persists for the page and for the user.
- To move forward and backward through the pages, click the navigation buttons at the top of the work area. A selected user story appears in a different shade.
- You can select and manipulate multiple user stories by holding down the CTRL key and clicking and selecting the user stories individually. Select multiple user stories to do the following:
- Drag them over to the sprint section of the backlog to assign them to sprints. If a team is selected in the sprint section, you can simultaneously assign the team members to the user stories.
- Move the user stories to a new location in the backlog to rank them based on your own preferences. When you create new user stories, they are added at the bottom of the list and ranked low by default. You can drag them to a higher location in the list and increase the ranking.
