Remove a User Story from a Sprint

You can remove a user story from a current or upcoming sprint and return it to the product backlog. You can then assign to another sprint.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Backlog page from the Agile Vision Planning menu.

   The Backlog page opens.

2. Select the product you want to work on in the Filter tool.
3. Display the Sprint Stories and select the sprint that contains the user story you want to remove.
4. Select the user story and click Remove from Sprint.

   The story is removed from the current sprint:

   • The user story disappears from Sprint Stories and the Sprint Backlog & Charts page.
   • The sprint information disappears from the user story in the product backlog.
