Add a Sprint Retrospective

At the end of a sprint the scrum team generally conducts a retrospective meeting to discuss their successes and failures, and identify steps that they can take to improve the process and avoid making the same mistakes.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Sprint Information page from the Sprint Tracking menu.
  2. Enter comments and decisions made during the retrospective in the Retrospective section.

    Note: The Sprint Retrospective field has a 32,000 character limit.
