Case Management Queuing Server listens to requests to fetch the next case from CA Advanced Authentication by using the Case Management Queuing Server port (7779).
To set up SSL between CA Advanced Authentication and Case Management Queuing Server, you must configure the Case Management Queuing Server port (7779) for SSL and provide the corresponding Server Root CA Certificate on the CA Risk Authentication Connectivity page. Additionally, if two-way SSL is required, you must upload the Client Certificate-Key Pair in PKCS#12 file on the CA Risk Authentication Connectivity page and select the appropriate trust store on the Protocol Configuration page for this port.
