Cannot Use CA Advanced Authentication to Delete Information About Users Deleted from LDAP Organization

Symptom:

Using the CA Advanced Authentication, you cannot delete user information, such as accounts, PAM, and custom attributes for users deleted from LDAP organizations.

Solution:

You can delete this information by using Web services, if the user has been deleted from the LDAP organization.
