CA Risk Authentication Common Upgrade is Failing when the System is configured with HSM or Software

Symptom:

CA Risk Authentication Common Upgrade is failing when the system is configured with HSM. The MySQL upgrade path for CA Risk Authentication 3.1.01 to 8.0 fails.

Solution:

The CA Risk Authentication upgrade tool does not support MySQL database that migrates from CA Risk Authentication 3.1.01 to 8.0.
