CA Risk Authentication Crashes if TCP is Disabled and SSL is Enabled

Symptom:

CA Risk Authentication crashes if TCP is disabled and SSL is enabled.

Solution:

This issue is now resolved.

Cache Refresh via arrfclient fails for CA Risk Authentication

Symptom:

In the previous release, arrfclient failed to refresh cache when the CA Risk Authentication server is on SSL mode.

Solution:

This issue is now resolved.
