Fetches the version number of the CA Auth ID OTP library.

Exception

The OTPException class is returned if there any errors while checking the library version. See chapter, "CA Auth ID OTP SDK Exceptions and Error Codes" for more information on the exception class and errors returned by CA Auth ID OTP SDK.
