Update Account IDs

Note: You cannot change the account ID once it is created. You can only change the status of the user account and add account ID attributes.

Follow these steps:

  1. Select the Account Type for which you want to update the account ID information.
  2. (Optional) Change the Status of the user account from the drop-down list.
  3. (Optional) Expand the Advanced Attributes section, and provide attributes for the account ID you are creating.
  4. Click Update.
