Configure UTF- Support on Client Systems

To enable the UTF-8 support on the systems (Example: CA Risk Authentication Server, Administration Console, and User Data Service) where you plan to install components that communicate with the database server, perform the following steps.

Follow these steps:

  1. Install the required language package. See the vendor documentation for more information about how to do this.
  2. Navigate to the following location:
    Start, Settings, Control Panel, Regional and Language Options
    
  3. Activate the Languages tab.
  4. Select the following options:
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Click OK.

HSM Requirements
