For each risk evaluation request from your application, CA Risk Authentication executes Evaluation Rules to generate a Risk Score (or Score). This Score is typically a value from 0 through 100 that maps to a recommended Risk Advice (or Advice.) CA Risk Authentication then uses the Scoring Engine to generate the final Score and the corresponding Advice.
The following table explains the mapping between the pre-defined score value ranges and the corresponding Advice.
Note: A score of 0 is assigned to rules that must be executed but not used for scoring. If the score is set to 0, the Advice generated is SILENT.
