Unable to run ARCHIVELOG Mode

Symptom:

When I try to expand a database, it does not expand and oraclebr.log says that the database is not running in ARCHIVELOG mode. How do I fix this?

Solution:

Set the database to run in ARCHIVELOG, as documented in the agent guide.
