Agent Fails with Oracle Password is Missing in the Job Message

Symptom:

I am trying to run a backup or restore job, and the agent fails with the error “Oracle password is missing in the job.” How can I fix this?

Solution:

Make sure that the password is entered in the proper field in the Oracle Options tab.
