Tape Engine does not respond as expected

The Tape Engine does not respond as expected.

If the Tape Engine does not respond as expected, click any of the following problems to see possible solutions:

• I cannot see the media I just added to the library. -OR- I still see the media that I just removed from the library. -OR- I move media to another slot but CA ARCserve Backup still shows the media as being in the original slot.
• A home slot is changed.
• After cleaning a library drive, the cleaning media is not returned to its home slot immediately.
• CA ARCserve Backup indicates that it does not have a free slot to return media to from a library drive.
• The Tape Engine times out.
