Library cannot detect media in the drives

The library cannot detect media in its drives.

If the following conditions exist:

• CA ARCserve Backup cannot detect the media you just added to the library.
• CA ARCserve Backup detects media that you just removed from the library.
• The media was moved to another slot but CA ARCserve Backup still shows the media as being in the original slot.

Consider that when media are manually added, removed, or moved, you must inventory the slots or mount the library magazine to update CA ARCserve Backup.
