Agent does not recognize the file name for Macintosh namespace

Symptom:

The backslash (\) or slash (/) characters used in other namespaces are not valid path separators on the Macintosh.

Solution:

Ensure to use the colon ( : ) character as the path separator when using the Macintosh namespace.

The following illustrates a valid Macintosh namespace:

SYS:folder1:folder2:filename

Note: Wildcards are not available in the Macintosh namespace.
