Status Display

Displays which files and groups are currently being processed by the Agent for Open Files on the selected server. A file appears on the list if it is currently open, or is waiting to be opened under the control of the agent. A group appears if it contains open or waiting files. An icon is shown against each file name and group name as follows:

 A file that is open and is under the control of the agent.

 A file that is waiting to be opened under the control of the agent. The file will not be opened until it is in a safe state to be backed up, as determined by timeout values (such as the Write Inactivity Period)

 A group containing at least one open or waiting file. Also shown are the total number of files from the group that have already been processed (including currently open files) and the total number of files remaining to be processed.

 A synchronized file that is part of an open group and that has preview data being retained by the agent. The preview data will be retained until the group is closed.
