Restore a Specific Version of a File, Drive, or Directory

To select the version of the file, directory, or drive you want to restore, perform the following procedure:

1. Select the drive, directory, or file you want to restore.
2. Click Version History.

   CA ARCserve Backup searches its database and returns a list of all the backed up versions of this file, directory, or drive. From this list, you can select the version you want to restore: If you try to expand a backup session that has been pruned from the database, you will be asked whether you want to merge the pruned session.
