Reason:
You tried to turn on an attribute that cannot be manually turned on with a CHANGE or INSERT command. The system sets the attribute automatically. You can only turn the attribute off manually. The value of <attribute> is the name of the attribute that you tried to turn on.

Contact your security administrator.
