Reason
You cannot use this temporary logonid (one that has a nonzero value in its EXPIRE field) because it expired. The variable <lid> is the expired logonid.
Action
To activate this logonid, change the EXPIRE date to a future date or remove the EXPIRE date to make this a permanent logonid.
