Reason
An I/O error occurred while processing a database I/O request. CA ACF2 for z/VM cancels the request. The <rc> variable specifies the return code from the database I/O routine.
Action
Review the operator and CA ACF2 for z/VM service machine console logs for related I/O error messages from CP, CMS, or the service machine and take any action the messages indicate. If there are no related messages and you still cannot solve the problem, call CA Support.
