Reason
CA ACF2 for z/VM was unable to write the PROFILE(USER) DIV(PWPHRASE) record to the INFO database for <logonid>. This message is written to the operator and service machine console logs. Another message is written to the <changer> of the password phrase to give further information.
Action
Look for the message that was issued to the changer of the password phrase.
