Reason
You tried to log on by specifying the BY keyword. The BY keyword requires a BY logonid and you did not supply a BY logonid. The BY logonid is normally your own CA ACF2 for z/VM logonid.
Action
Try to log on again without using the BY keyword or by supplying your own logonid.
