Reason
The SIZE= keyword in the RESTYPE VMO record is greater than the available storage in the service machine. CA ACF2 for z/VM sets the value to 0K and does not construct a cache.
Action
Reduce the value of the SIZE= keyword or increase the amount of storage available to the CA ACF2 for z/VM service machine.
