Reason
The SIO to reserve disk <vcuu> failed with a not operational condition code. The request ends with an I/O error. This is normally caused by a hardware error in the disk that contains the virtual disk. It is also caused by detaching the virtual device during execution. The <vcuu> is the virtual address of the minidisk.
