Reason
A write request to the CA ACF2 for z/VM <ddname> database ended in a VSAM return code of 8 and a reason code of 28 (x’1C’). This usually means that the database is full.

Action
Increase the disk space allocated to the database, reorganize the database, or take other action to increase the space available to add or replace records in this database.
