Reason

An error occurred during the execution of an FSOPEN, FSWRITE, or FSCLOSE macro. This is followed by CA ACF2 for z/VM message 579E.

<userid>: The VM user ID of the DIRMAINT virtual machine issuing this message. This is usually DIRMAINT, but your site can be using another ID.
<fn ft fm>: The file ID of the file being processed when the I/O error occurred.
