Reason

The backup for the database failed because of a VSAM GET error while reading the VSAM database being backed up.

<db>: RULE, LID, or INFO database&mdash.the name of the database where the error occurred
<rc>: The return code from the VSAM GET macro
<fb>: The feedback code from the VSAM GET macro.
