NEXTKEY also permits you to delegate %CHANGE and %RCHANGE authority for a particular rule set.

In the previous example, you know that TPAYDIR has the authority to change the rule set for the payroll department because the %CHANGE control statement specifies TPAYDIR. TFINDIR has restricted authority to change only the rule entries for the Finance Department because the %RCHANGE control statement specifies TFINDIR.
