Creating DB2 Records

You can use ISPF panels to specify the record ID, the SYSID, and the type of function you want to perform on the fields from the DB2 Record Services menu.

To create a DB2 record

Select option 1, INSERT, from the DB2 Record Services menu.

The Insert a DB2 Record panel appears. Specify the record ID, SYSID and type of function from this menu.
