To activate X ROL records

Issue the following command at the acf prompt:

F ACF2,NEWXREF,TYPE(ROL)

If the ACCESS subcommand is active, issue the following command after the F ACF2,NEWXREF,TYPE(ROL) has been issued:

F ACF2,NEWUID
