Configuring OEM Settings

CA 3Tera AppLogic supports the ability to customize the appearance and selected elements of the CA 3Tera AppLogic GUI. This includes:

• Specification of the logo displayed when a user logs into the AppLogic GUI
• Replacement of links available from the grid dashboard support page

The OEM kit consists of the following entities:

• oem.conf: OEM configuration file. See Sample oem.conf File for more information about the file format.
• banner.png or banner.gif: (optional) Dashboard logo to be displayed.

To configure the OEM kit

1. Select Administration from the left Menu.

   The Administration page appears.

2. Click the Miscellaneous tab.
3. Click the Add OEM Kit button.
4. Specify the following fields:

   Name

   Specifies a name to assign to the OEM kit file. This is the name that will appear in the OEM Kit drop-down list when you are creating a grid.

   Set as Default

   Indicates the OEM kit will be the default kit to use for grid creation.

   OEM Kit File

   A TAR file that contains an oem.conf file and an optional banner.png or banner.jpg file.

5. Click the Add button.
