The program object must exist prior to the call.
If parameter values are not defined prior to the call, character parameters will default to blanks and numeric parameters to zero.
If commitment control is started as part of the processing, it is also ended before the command processing programs return.
Users should ensure that parameter details are defined correctly in the model. This is especially true of Execute User Program functions (EXCUSRPGM), particularly when they are the first program from a menu option, when it is not necessary to define parameters in the model at all.
