User messages can have a maximum length of 132 characters; each line of a user message is 66 characters. Some entries may have additional second-level text indicated by a flag against that entry, and the user is automatically invited to edit that text after pressing Enter. Second-level text can also be edited using option 2 from the main screen.
An alternative way to position to a particular entry on this screen is to move the cursor onto the required entry number and press the F8 key. The value is moved into the heading field, but unlike the Conditions panel, you must reload the screen yourself by pressing the F5 key to refresh the screen or the F9 key to toggle the display between original text and translated text.
