CA 2E Translator translates all of the text in an application from one language to another (French to English, for example). CA 2E Translator translates only the text that is visible to an application end user such as screen text and messages, for example. There is always much more text in the design of an application that does not need to be translated, and CA 2E Translator separates this text from the text that does need to be translated.
