Universal Audit Time

When a BLOCKSET audit file is accessed, the file enables the Universal Audit Time feature. The feature provides greater precision and support for multiple time zones. All audit time stamps in both the TMC and audit are processed as GMT/UTC date and time. The feature provides a single time reference for all LPARs in any time zone. The precision of the time field is also increased from HHMM to HHMMSSth and is recorded in a 4 byte packed unsigned field. The record allows accurate analysis of TMC updates from active LPARs in one or more time zones.
